Flow, breathe, and move with intention in our Vinyasa Flow Hot Yoga class at Natur & Co. Set in a heated studio using 100% infrared technology, this dynamic practice links movement with breath, creating a continuous, energising flow designed to build strength, mobility, and balance.

Suitable for all levels, each class offers thoughtfully designed sequences that encourage exploration, challenge, and mindfulness. As the heat deepens your practice, you’ll find space to move freely, connect inward, and develop both physical resilience and mental clarity.

Top tips to prepare for your class
We know attending a class for the first time can be a little daunting … to help we have put together a list of some of our top tips to prepare for your first class
Make sure to arrive 10 minutes early before your first class
Wear light clothing … leggings, shorts, sports bra ~ breathable material is key
Fill your bag with a long towel & plenty of water
Bring a change of clothes for after the class. We offer free changing rooms & shower facilities at our studio
Try not to eat right before you join us on the mat and hydrate well before and after class.
*We recommend electrolytes all year round to everyone when taking part in classes
Remove your footwear before entering the studio, there will be storage baskets provided to the left of the studio door
